ITI Uttarsanda

Present day there are very much chances of employment as well as self employment for the professionally trained candidates compared to higher educated candidates. Higher education requires much finance as well as long duration, not only that for admission in higher education requires higher percentage in std.SSLC and high sec. so very few make their career in higher education. Out of these there were not hundred percentage chances of employment.

The option to these less qualified candidates to get employment as well self employment is by getting professional training.In present days scenario industrial development increasing day by day.Also no. of foreign industries setting their plants in the country. Newer area of working increasing. In this situation there are lots of opportunities for professionally trained candidates. Candidates trained in Industrial Training Institutes got jobs not only in India they also got job abroad too.

In accordance with the policy of promoting Public-Private-Partnership, Institute Management Committee (IMC) was constituted in Smt. M. C. Patel Industrial Training Institute Uttarsanda in Two thousand five.The Chairman of the IMC is from a Private Company and another three members are from private industries. The IMC provides a platform for continuous need base quality improvement in training.
The IMC has played an important role in curriculum development, identifying guest faculties, grooming trainees as per specific needs of the industry, making available resources for self-learning, organizing industrial visits, providing on-campus opportunities, tying up with local industrial associations and employment agencies for placement. Industries are ready to give opportunity the trainees who went out from this Institute.
