Government Industrial Training Institute, Tumkur Road, Bangalore, Popularly known as ITI - Peenya established by Department of Employment & Training, Govt. of Karnataka keeping in proximity of Industrial belt of Peenya , the second biggest Industrial estate in Asia.The institute campus is about twelve acres with a building having twenty class rooms, a workshop with five thousand sq. mts, with store and twelve hangers.
This institute has the privilege of being the best ITI in Karnataka to implement various prestigious training programs / schemes under Directorate General Employment & Training such as Hi-tech, Centre Of Excellence (CoE), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) implementations. This institute is one of the model institute in Karnataka visited by National & International dignitaries.

The IMC consists of Head of this Institution, Joint Director, Bangalore Divisional Office, Industrial experts from nearby industries, staff and students representative this institute. IMC has been meeting in regular schedules to help this institute to fulfill its vision & mission. The Institute has been considered as one of the ten ITI's selected for implementation of HI-TECH SCHEME. Craftsman Training Scheme(CTS), Apprenticeship Training Scheme(ATS), Motor Driving Training Scheme (MDTS), Hi-Tech Training Scheme, Modular Employable Skill(MES) Scheme, This institute has placement cell with one of the staff as placement officer with details of all our passed out and present trainees seeking placement.
