A tender sapling laid in Bangalore as a public charitable trust by a group of educationalists, to pay off the social debts to the people and land has now permeated into a great banyan, thereby caressing the whole society under its protective medical, educational and health care activities.
Reminiscence reminds us of those years of hard tilling, laying that tender sapling, raring and caring for and pruning those branches for proper shade. Now when we look forward, it is a palatial yet humble place where one and all come in search of care and cure for all their medical and health problems. We see those happy mothers leaving this state of the art medical, educational and halth care complex with healthy babies and the place where deserted and dejected HIV affected people are not any more untouchables as they now have a hope of leading peaceful life hereafter.
Nothing worthwhile can be ever achieved without conscious effort and hard work and this path shall lead us to day where our students and alumus shall disseminate their knowledge all across the world and cause to eradicate medical calamities. All we now need is a few young and pure minds with compassion and commitment and we shall vow to reach and conquer all those shores of medical advancements in the well benefit of the society at large.

Message from the Principal, When I started writing this message, I remembered the convocation address delivered by Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru at Allahabad University . He said that the destiny of India is being shaped in her class-rooms. It is true for the past, present and also for the future. It is indeed a great pleasure for me to address the young generation who are at the prime age to shape their careers. They have a great opportunity to build their careers through Katuri Medical College and Hospital.
The college has a vibrant and distinctive academic life with teaching community and has the entire infrastructure for high level of performance. It is offering Medical, Para Medical and Nursing Courses. The research facility for major, minor and collaborate research projects is excellent. College also provides student support services like Library, Laboratories, Computer and Internet browsing services etc. Hostels, guest houses and staff quarters are well maintained.
